SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM The JPNDC's Small Business Development Program makes a difference in the neighborhood by making our business districts healthy and vibrant, improving products and services for residents, and creating local jobs. Our Services Technical Assistance. Whether you need help with a business plan or just advice on a specific issue, the JPNDC has expertise in a broad range of business topics including marketing, pricing and recordkeeping. Access to Loans. We help businesses analyze their funding needs and prepare loan application packages. We connect businesses to a variety of financing sources including private banks and non-traditional loan programs. Workshops. JPNDC sponsors or collaborates in regular workshops on a range of topics including taxes, legal issues, holiday marketing, personnel and computerized accounting systems.
