The Jamaica Plain Neighborhood Development Corporation relies on hundreds of community volunteers to make our affordable housing, economic development and community empowerment activities successful.

HOW CAN YOU GET INVOLVED?

Volunteer

• Distribute flyers or make phone calls
• Help with mailings or other office work
• Help with special events such as the JP World’s Fair or neighborhood clean-ups
• Be part of the Coalition to Educate, Mobilize, Vote. If you would like to volunteer, call (617) 522-2424 ext. 239 or contact us
• Join the Organizing Committee, which meets monthly to discuss JPNDC projects and neighborhood issues. Our goal is to build a strong base of support in Jamaica Plain for the livelihood of low and moderate income residents through affordable housing development, community events, outreach, advocacy and education.
