DIRECTIONS to the JPNDC
Via MBTA: Take the Orange line to Stony Brook.
Outside of station, turn left on Boylston Street and walk half a block to
traffic light. Turn right onto Amory Street. Turn at the first left onto
Porter Street. Walk up Porter Street and through the gated Brewery entrance
on the right. Caution: this is also a truck entrance. You will see
a loading dock on your left. Walk straight through the complex and turn left
onto Germania Street at the Boston Beer/Sam Adams sign. Turn right into the
parking lot in front of two-story Building A, where the JPNDC is located.
Via the Expressway (93): Take the Expressway to
Exit 18 (Massachusetts Ave). At the intersection with Mass. Ave. go straight
across onto Melnea Cass Blvd for about one mile. Take a left onto Tremont
St. (note: Tremont St. eventually becomes Columbus Ave.). Pass Roxbury
Community College on your left, the Jackson Square MBTA station on your right
(at Centre Street) and the Dimock Health Center on your left. At the
following light (after Dimock), bear right onto Washington St. (a sharp right
would be Atherton). Take your 4th right onto Boylston St. and go three
blocks to Bismarck St. (after red building with Boston Beer sign on it).
Turn left and go along Bismarck and through the gate into the Brewery
complex. Caution: this is also a truck entrance. Pass a loading
dock on your left, then turn left onto Germania Street at the Boston Beer/Sam
Adams sign. Turn right into the parking lot in front of two-story Building
A, where the JPNDC is located.
Driving via the Arborway: Take the Arborway south
past the Longwood Medical Area hospitals. When Jamaica Pond is on your
right, take a left at the light onto Pond Street. At the end of Pond Street,
take a left onto Centre Street. Continue along Centre Street through one
light and bear right when it forks (South Huntington continues on to the
left). You will reach a small rotary; continue along Centre Street as it
curves to your right. Go through two lights. After you pass the Stop & Shop
on your left, take a right at the light onto Lamartine Street. After six
blocks take a left at the light onto Boylston Street. After one block (pass
Stony Brook T Station on your left) take a right onto Amory Street. Take
your first left onto Porter Street. At the end, take a right through the
gated Brewery entrance. Caution: this is also a truck entrance. You
will see a loading dock on your left. Continue through the complex and turn
left onto Germania Street at the Boston Beer/Sam Adams sign. Turn right into
the parking lot in front of two-story Building A, where the JPNDC is located.
Driving via the Mass Pike (I-90) and Route 9:
Eastbound on the Mass Pike, take Exit 11, Route 95/128. Go south two exits
(about two miles) to Route 9 East. Take Route 9 East for several miles. You
will go past two malls, the Atrium on the right and Filene’s/Chestnut Hill
Mall on the left. You will also go past a reservoir on your right, and then
will come into a more heavily housed/commercial area. You will see a sign
for Route 1. Immediately after that you will go under a stone bridge, and
will see a Texaco station on your right. Take a right at that corner onto
South Huntington Avenue. You will be following trolley tracks. Go through
two lights and take a left onto Perkins Street (immediately after Angell
Memorial Hospital/MSPCA on your left). Go to the rotary and halfway around
it; continue straight on what is now Centre Street. Go through two lights.
After you pass the Stop & Shop on your left, take a right at the light onto
Lamartine Street. After six blocks take a left at the light onto Boylston
Street. After one block (pass Stony Brook T Station on your left) take a
right onto Amory Street. Take your first left onto Porter Street. At the
end, take a right through the gated Brewery entrance. Caution: this is
also a truck entrance. You will see a loading dock on your left.
Continue through the complex and turn left onto Germania Street at the Boston
Beer/Sam Adams sign. Turn right into the parking lot in front of two-story
Building A, where the JPNDC is located.
